Mark S. Doman, CEO and Managing Member (MBA/JD) – Mark is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of The Doman Group (“TDG”). Prior to founding TDG, he opened and managed the New York City offices of True Capital Management as Senior Vice President, where he advised athletes and high net worth individuals on their investment portfolios. Mark was a finance attorney for multinational firms Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP. He has tremendous experience working within the world of sports and entertainment and has built a loyal client base. Mark has spent time with the Boston Celtics in their media relations and basketball operations and also with the NFL Players Association, where he authored a report on NFL Draft picks’ signing bonus.

Mark is a Registered Financial Advisor with the NFLPA, member of the District of Columbia, Florida and American Bar Associations and maintains a Series 65 license. Mark sits on the Board for TDG’s Investment Committee as well as for the BOSS School in New York.

Mark grew up in Bethesda, Maryland and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Politics and American Studies from Brandeis University. Mark also attended graduate school, receiving both a J.D. and M.B.A. from The George Washington University. Mark and his wife Laura reside in New York City.

Matthew is the Chief Financial Officer of The Doman Group (“TDG”). He manages the company’s operations, contributes to the firm’s strategic direction, and is a member of the investment committee.

Prior to TDG, Matthew held financial management roles with an early stage tech start-up and an asset management firm, both in San Francisco. In both positions, he managed all aspects of financial reporting, tax matters, and forecasting. The technology startup was funded by top-tier venture capitalists.

Matthew started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, working in its assurance practice as a member of the financial services team. Matthew graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California. He received a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant.
